10 ways to affect your energy explained

1.) Your emotions have a direct effect on your energy, the ups and downs require energy exhertion and it can be draining. If you can work towards sustaining level emotions, you will notice a drastic change in your energy.

2.) Just as you HAVE to control your emotions, you also GET to control the external pressures that surround you. If a situation or person is stressful or draining, you can change that situation and your reaction!

3.) Self-awareness can assist you in knowing when your energy is out of balance. If you are able to stop and analyze your feelings, you can become aware of what pushes your energy to one side of the scale or another.

4.) As you become aware of your emotions and energy, you can study more deeply how they impact your effectiveness. If you are able to analyze, you are able to step back and understand what helps you become more effective, and how to create that atmosphere more frequently.

5.) Once you understand the impact of your emotions and your energy, you can then work towards choosing how to change your emotions to raise your energy.

6.) Your emotional awareness is going to allow you to note when your successes are produced and where your emotions are when that success happens. This will help you identify the most productive emotions for your energy and performance.

7.) You can only sustain the productive emotions and high energy for so long though. Regardless of what you do to analyze and adjust, you are going to get to a point where you just need to replenish

8.) When you analyze, adjust, or replenish emotions, you should always be FOCUSING on the clarity, logic, and reflection needed to channel your emotions towards high energy.

9.) You should always been looking to expand your energy toolbox with the following emotional best practices…

10.) Express your appreciation, set aside time to spend with people who answer to you or share work projects socially (energy sharing), and tell your POSITIVE story.
