Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Learnovation.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns — You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please call 317.577-1190 for a return/restocking code.

• All items must be unused and received within 7 days of code issue date.
• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of the item inspection status.
• We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the approved amount minus any restocking fees. You will receive the credit per your card issuer’s policies.
• Shipping Costs are non-fundable and your responsibility for all returned items

Restocking Fee—All books, workbooks and instructional materials have a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the refund. Call for Refund/Restocking number to be issued.  317.577-1190 (8-5 EST; Monday through Friday) or email lvsales@learnovation.com

Shipping Policy

Shipping is per the method chosen in shopping cart.  We reserve the right to ship best method in the event that significant saving or the chosen method is not available in the assigned delivery area.  All attempts will be made to communicate any changes to you in advance of shipment.
